有人覺得 沒來上班 貢獻低 考績差很合理
但也有人覺得 育嬰假產假是政府規定的 也是個人權利
應該用到職比例算 不應該因為產假有所差別待遇
ex.
1萬獎金
考績A 100%
考績B 90%
請半年產假 到職 6/12 (就這半年表現打考績
假設表現好 拿A
1萬元 * 100% * 6/12 = 5000
